What Does this MRI Test Result Mean?

I have ask my doc about my test results from my MRI. All she wants to tell me is that it is ok and manageable. She put me on Percocet 10mh every 6 hours for pain and Flexril 20 mg 3 times a day. I am still in a tun of pain. My doc does not seem to care to much but i am wondering is there much more to it then what she is saying. My Mri says C3-4 Disc bulging impinges upon the anterior thecal sac. C4-5 Mild subluxation is evident there is mild disc buldging with superimposed left left paracentral disc herniation and annular tear effacing the anterior tecal sac and moderately narrowing the right and prominently narrowing the left neural foramina. There is noderate canal narrowing as well. C5-6 Disc bulging with superimposed left disc herniation effacing the anterior thecal sac and impinges upon the cervical spinal cord. there is prominent bilateral neural foraminal narrowing appreciated. c6-7 left neural foraminal disc herniation impinges upon it nerve root. C7-T1 spinal canal or neural foraminal abnormality identified. I am always in pain i need help. then my other paper says this. there is a 1cm sacral Tarlov cyst. L2-3 there is a disc bulg which indents the ventral thecal sac. there is bilateral facet hypertrophy and inflammation. L3-4 there is diffuse disc bulge which indents the ventral thecal sac. L4-5 there is diffuse disc bulge which indents the ventral thecal sac L5-S1 there is a diffuse disc bulge with a central to right paracentral disc herniation measuring approximately 4mm in depth. This indents te central to right side of the thecal sac. there is mild left neural foraminal narrowing and moderate right neural narrowing. then on the other paper it says finding. there is lower right convex scoliosis with increase in mid thoracic kyphosis. T6-7 Right paracentral disc herniation effaces the anterior thecal sac. T8-9 Disc bulging impinges upon the anterior thecal sac. impression: Malalignment as above with multilevel disc bulging/herniation as described. what does all this mean on a medical term? there was much more but this sounded more important to me. I gave as much info as i could here sorry for the over load i am just so tired of always being in pain from neck to toes. please help

Welcome to health care magic.

1.Your report suggest there are pathology at multiple levels with bulges and causing pressure effect in the exiting nerve roots.
2.Also seen causing mass effect on the spinal chord.
3. In this case the best treatment of choice includes - physiotherapy and exercise and rest is recommended.
4. Medications will only gives a temporary rileaf from pain - symptomatic treatment. As drugs can not treat permanent.
5. Needs intervention procedure - but multiple levels, it is not recommended and betterment after procedure can not be assured.

Good luck.
